A contractor has been selected for the construction of the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District Building. We’re excited to see this as it was quite a battle to get to this point. We’ll have some photo’s posted during construction in the spring.

A few dozen sprite young architecture students recently visited the Panorama House in Redlands. We had a nice question and answer period and I was actually able to answer most of their inquiries. Hardly any of them thought it was lame. We talked quite a bit about sustainability and the proper way to design homes using common sense and technology. Seems not that long ago that I was at school touring building sites … . funny how that works. Here’s the link to the article:

The Coachella Uniified District’s Westside Elementary School Project is almost complete. We’re hoping to feed about 300 hungry elementary kids in the new space just after Thanksgiving, well … we’ll not be actually feeding them, but we did help create the new digs. Bring on the square pizza!
