All Saints Church

New York, NY 2001

The Church was originally constructed in the mid-ninetieth century and received an unfortunate modernization in the 1960’s. The intent was to bring back the original grandeur of the Church as well as providing air-conditioning and interior upgrades.

The budget would not allow for a replacement of the original stone façade, and the new façade was designed with local craftsman using an exterior stucco material. The design was based on the drawings and photographs of the original structure.

New entry stairs, gates and lighting were designed for the exterior along with a new stained glass windows created by a renowned glass artisan. The restored church also received new interior lighting, mechanical systems and is now completely ADA accessible.
