This new facility for RTA and RESPA is located not far from the prior residence they had occupied for many years. This new facility provides a comfortable workspace for the small staff with the ability to hold large gatherings in the Meeting Room.
This project was designed in one month and constructed in less than 60 days. A palette of simple industrial materials was selected for both economy and availability. A small Kitchenette was designed for daily needs as well as larger functions.
A unique conference table exists within the Meeting Room providing an area more private consultations. The office is flanked with custom maple cabinetry reminiscent of the Classrooms within the District. Clear and Translucent glass walls were used to define public and private realms and to expand the limited natural light throughout the entire space.
